This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to many tourist attractions within the hot spring area. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a large bathtub for hot spring baths. the staff provide excellent customer service, offering advice and laundry service. There are bicycles available for rent to explore the town, and the hotel is located near the train station.
The breakfast options may not be suitable for those with specific dietary needs or preferences.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable beds. The bathroom was excellent, with a big bathtub filled with natural hot spring water. The location was perfect, as we were close to a few tourist attractions within the hot spring area and the main town area. The hotel staff were friendly and provided free bottled water in the room.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The location is great, close to hot springs and restaurants, the room was a decent size and the staff seemed friendly.
The breakfast was very unappetizing and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. The staff didn't speak much English, which made communication difficult at times.

Big and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location. Our Xmas stay was a hit, with spacious accommodations and warm hospitality. the beds were comfy and the bathroom was impressive with natural hot spring water and a sunken bath. We loved the fact that we had a kettle with free bottled water in the room, and the location was perfect with easy access to a variety of restaurants nearby. the street restaurants may not look fancy, but the food was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious, especially the fish.
Limited breakfast options.
